What is Alltite?

Alltite is a next-generation RF lifting device equipped with DLTD® (Dermis Layer Target Dielectric Heating System) technology, independently developed by Innoxus for the first time in the world. While existing lifting procedures targeted either the dermis or the SMAS layer, Alltite stimulates both layers simultaneously with a single device, bringing out both an immediate sense of elasticity and long-term collagen regeneration.

Principles of DLTD® Technology

DLTD is a Dielectric Heating method utilizing ion conduction and free dipole polarization. Unlike conventional monopolar RF, it concentrates energy about 17 times more on the dermis and SMAS layers compared to subcutaneous fat. Originally an internal heating technology used in cancer treatment and rehabilitation medicine, this is the first instance of its application in aesthetic medical devices. It is the world's only proprietary technology with an international patent pending.

Q. How is Alltite different from Thermage and Ultherapy?

A. Thermage delivers energy to the dermis, and Ultherapy to the SMAS layer, making them different procedures. Alltite, however, is a dielectric heating RF method that stimulates both the dermis and SMAS simultaneously with a single device. The biggest differentiator is its low risk of cheek hollowing, as it is designed to concentrate energy on the dermis and SMAS layers rather than the subcutaneous fat. Since the appropriate procedure may vary depending on individual skin conditions and sagging areas, we recommend deciding through a consultation.

Q. Is the procedure very painful?

A. Alltite has very low pain levels because it delivers energy while protecting the epidermis with a Dual Cooling System (Sapphire Lens + Thermoelectric Cooling). Most people just feel a warm sensation, and it can be performed without anesthesia. For those sensitive to pain, we can selectively apply numbing cream.

Q. How long does the procedure take?

A. A standard standalone Alltite procedure takes about 15–20 minutes, so it can even be done during your lunch break. If combined with other procedures, the total time may extend to over 60 minutes.

Q. When will I start to feel the effects?

A. The biggest advantage of Alltite is that you can feel an immediate tightening and elasticity in your skin right after the procedure. Afterwards, as collagen regenerates, lifting and elasticity improvement effects will gradually appear over 2–3 months. The exact timing may vary by individual.

Q. How long do the effects last?

A. The immediate elasticity from a single session lasts about 2–3 months. If you receive a series of 3 sessions at monthly intervals, the effects can be maintained for about 6–12 months. Since the speed of skin aging varies per person, maintenance treatments may be necessary.

Q. Can I go out or wear makeup immediately after the procedure?

A. Yes, Alltite has almost no downtime, so light makeup and daily activities are possible immediately after the procedure. Mild redness may occur, but it usually subsides within a few hours.

Q. Can people who have had Thermage or Ultherapy also receive this?

A. Yes, those who have received existing lifting procedures can also get Alltite. However, if you have recently received other RF or ultrasound lifting treatments, you must inform us during the consultation to determine the appropriate treatment interval and protocol.

Q. Can I receive the treatment while pregnant or breastfeeding?

A. The procedure is restricted if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have implanted electrical medical devices such as a pacemaker. Consultation is also required if you have an autoimmune disease, a tendency for keloids, or acute inflammation in the treatment area.

Post-Treatment Precautions

Please avoid using ice packs, cold compresses, or excessive soothing masks on the day of the procedure (due to the dual cooling principle, excessive cooling can actually hinder recovery).
Avoid drinking and smoking for 24 hours after the procedure.
Avoid saunas, hot bathhouses, hot baths, and strenuous exercise for 1 week after the procedure.
Apply SPF50+ sunscreen thoroughly to the treated area.
Avoid strong peeling, scrubs, and stimulating massages for 1 week after the procedure.
Temporary redness, slight swelling, and dryness are normal reactions and will improve within a few days.
If blisters, severe swelling, or fever persist for more than 72 hours, please visit the clinic immediately.
